Arriving at Our Hospitals
All patients and visitors are asked to bring their own face covering or mask to wear while they are in our hospitals and community settings. If someone arrives without a face covering or mask, we will provide an appropriate mask.
Upon entering the hospital, you will participate in active screening and sanitize your hands.
People coming to the hospital for general appointments must come on their own. One care partner may be allowed, if necessary. Please check with the health care team prior to your appointment.
Emergency Department (ED) Safety During COVID-19
At this time, ONLY the patient is allowed to enter the Emergency Department. Exceptions include bringing a child (under 18 years old) and vulnerable persons into the ED.
If English is a second language, a language interpreter service will be used.For Your Safety
- Clean your hands frequently and avoid touching anything you don’t need to touch
- Do not eat or drink in the Emergency Department unless approved by the healthcare team so that you don’t need to take off your mask
- Do not leave the area that you are in, please stay in your room/area and refrain from wandering
